Q: When will my order be ready?

Goods are created after purchase, and it takes approximately 3 weeks for product completion. Once completed, goods will be shipped or held for pickup. Pickup notifications will be sent by email. Additional information regarding the pickup process can be found in the Order Pickup FAQ.

Q: Where is my order?

If you're order was placed more than 3 weeks ago, please confirm the shipping/pickup method listed on your order:

• For pickup orders, you should have received an email indicating your order is ready to be picked up. Check to see if you have received this email. If you have not, please contact info@wsemerson.com to check on your order.
• For shipped orders, your order may still be in transit with the carrier. If it does not arrive within the next few days, please contact info@wsemerson.com to check on your order.
