Q: How will I know when my pickup order is ready?

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready for pickup.

Q: Where do I pick up my order?

For orders placed for 'Pick Up at W.S. Emerson', you will pick your order up at the following address:

Customers should park in the 'curbside parking' area at the front of the building and call the number above to have their order brought out. If you prefer to pickup inside, you can enter through the side door of Miller's Workshop (also part of W.S. Emerson).

Q: What hours/days can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my order? 

We recommend that customers bring their sales order with them for pickup, since it contains any information we will need to locate the order.
