Branded Webstores: Process Overview

  • Determine: Is a Branded Webstore Right for You?
  • Fill out the New Online Store Inquiry Form:
    A sales rep will follow up with you regarding next steps.
  • Online Store Questionnaire:
    If a store is the right fit, your sales rep will send you an online store questionnaire to gather more details
  • Discovery Call:
    You will meet with your sales rep to further discuss your needs and outline the store details. 
  • Provide Brand Standards/Art Files:
    Please send the highest quality images available, as this will save time during the art process and help keep art charges lower. You can learn more about ideal file types/specifications here.
  • Product Selection:
    Your sales rep with work with you to choose the best products, colors, and deco methods to fit your brand and budget.
  • Art Mockup/Review:
    Our art team will use the provided brand standards and art files to create mock ups for the products that will be included on the store.
  • Contract Review/Signing:
    An online store contract, including pricing and terms, will be written based on the details discussed during the discovery call. Once reviewed and signed, we will move forward with building your store.
  • Store Build / Review:
    Our eCommerce team will build your store and coordinate with you and other internal departments for review/approval.
  • Store Launch:
    Once the store has been reviewed and approved internally and externally, the store can be officially launched.
