Art Mockup/Review

Art Files Needed from Customer:

  • Branding guide, if available
  • SVG, EPS, CDR, or AI (Adobe Illustrator) files highly preferred
  • Any PNGs or JPEGS must be high quality (300 DPI or greater)
  • Transparent backgrounds (where needed)

All information and files required to fully/accurately complete request (any lines of text that need to be included, complete lists of sponsors, high quality sponsor logos). No text or sponsors will be added after final customer approval. 

*** It is important that the customer provide the most accurate, highest quality files available. Low quality files and files that require significant editing may incur additional charges due to the extra work involved.***

 

Art Review/Revision Process:

2 rounds of revisions will be included in all art requests. Any additional adjustments beyond Round 2 will be billed at the hourly art rate. 

  • Initial Draft
  • Round 1 (Artist makes revisions based on customer feedback)
  • Round 2 (Further revisions based on additional feedback)
  • Final Review

*** Final approval indicates the design is approved as-is and will not require any additional changes. Any revision requests made after final approval are not guaranteed; they will be dependent on where the order is within the production process and will be subject to additional charges.***


Timeline:

  • Existing Art (minor revision to existing art)
    Once quoted, initial draft will be completed and sent to customer for review within 3 business days.
  • New Art
    New Art (completely new, archived, or art requiring significant edits) will need to be reviewed by art team prior to quoting. A quote will be sent to customer within 48 business hours.

*** The art process is dependent on customer review/response. Any delay from the customer may result in a delay in the art process. ***


Events/Rush Charges:

If the art request is related to a particular event, it is very important to let us know ASAP. We will determine if the request and resulting order can reasonably be completed within the standard timeline. Otherwise, rush charges will be incurred to meet the deadline.
